This has been a favorite drink of mine for many years. I would order it unsweetened with 2 stevias. I recently learned that they use sweetened lemonade to make the drink. So, I set out to re-create it. Stevia drops and Tazo Green Tea are the perfect combo.

I have adapted the Starbucks Green Tea Lemonade into a Healthy Tonic for weight loss
- 6 each Green Tea Bags (I like Tazo Refresh Mint) steep for 3 minutes
- .5 Cup Lemon Juice
- 12 Drops Stevia Drops pure
- 1 Cup Ice
- 3 Cups Filtered Water
Step 6 Green Tea Bags into 3 Cups of Filtered Water
Step for 5 Minutes, Remove the Tea Bags.
Add 1/2 Cup of Pure Lemon Juice to the Green Tea
Add 12 Drops of Pure Stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
Pour over ice. I like to grate in some lemon peel for extra lemon flavor and health benefits and then squeeze the lemon on top.

Lemon Tonic

Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 34 oz Water (Coconut or filtered)
- 3 each Lemons whole, with skin and seeds
- 7 tsp fresh ginger optional
- 3 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 tsp cayenne this is a personal choice, it is very spicy but loaded with health benefits. you may need to gradually increase amount, start small
- 7 tsp olive oil or coconut oil optional (this is a healthy fat that is very powerful in boosting metabolism and reducing inflammation
- 1 tsp clove optional
- 1 tsp turmeric optional
- 1 dash Black Pepper optional
slice the lemons in quarters
Add lemons and water to the blender
add in the spices and oil
blend for one minute or until the lemon is completely processed
PLEASE NOTE: If you are fasting, just blend the lemons, filtered water, and any spices to a blender. Olive OIl and Coconut water will break your fast.

This DIY hydrating honey face mask is a simple, nourishing solution to help you restore moisture and keep your skin glowing all season long.
This face mask uses simple and easy to find ingredients. The ingredients I used, were from Costco and they are ingredients I use on a regular basis.
This mask features three powerhouse natural ingredients:
Honey
A natural humectant, honey helps lock in moisture while providing antibacterial properties to soothe and protect your skin.
Yogurt
Packed with lactic acid, yogurt gently exfoliates dead skin cells and leaves your skin soft and smooth. It also has cooling and hydrating benefits.
Olive Oil
Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, olive oil deeply moisturizes and nourishes the skin, leaving it soft and supple.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1 tablespoon of raw honey
1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the raw honey, plain yogurt, and olive oil.
Mix well until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
Apply the mask evenly to your face using clean fingers or a brush, avoiding the eye area.
Let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
Rinse off with lukewarm water and follow up with your favorite moisturizer.
